At HYOU Fine Jewelry, we want you to treasure your pieces forever; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn, original condition items. Please note that custom commissions and engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Secure your jewelry in its original velvet box and protective packaging, ensuring all authenticity certificates and tags are included.

• 3.
  Ship with Care

  Affix the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
